Tidebreak Customer Support
Tidebreak provides two kinds of standard support services:
- Easy-to-follow instructions for all of our products guide administrators and users through the installation and configuration process. (Administrators have access to customizable guide documents that they can adapt to their own needs.)
- Premium support services provide customers with direct access to Tidebreak's technical professionals to answer more difficult questions and respond to specialized needs.

Tidebreak Community
Tidebreak continues to evolve a number of community resources as another mode of support for our customers. The Tidebreak Community Forums are designed to foster peer-to-peer interaction and discussion among Tidebreak's worldwide user community. The forums are a place to exchange ideas, ask advice, and learn more about how Tidebreak's technology is used in a variety of ways.

Support Staff Orientation and Training Sessions
Tidebreak delivers workshops and customized training sessions to for our customers' support personnel. These sessions explain the architecture of the sysem and show how support staff can help end-users fully exploit the opportunities that our interactive collaboration technologies present.
